Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Canada only, no exceptions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the delivery address and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers, but we will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues that arise. Once a package is scanned by the carrier as delivered, we consider it delivered.

No Refunds or Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our commitment to strict quality control, Taurus Fitness does not accept returns or provide refunds. Once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee their safety or purity if returned. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@taurusfitness.ca within 7 business days of receipt if there is an issue with your order (such as missing or damaged items). We require photographic evidence of the package, including a clear image of the tracking number.

Quality Guarantee

Taurus Fitness guarantees the quality of our products. If you believe there is an issue with the quality, you may have the product tested at an HPLC-licensed facility. If the test results are negative for purity or authenticity, we will reimburse the cost of the HPLC test, the total amount of your order, and shipping.
